Using The Gro Store Website

Track My Order – You can track your order by going into the ‘My account’ section on the website. The link for ‘My  account’ is on the top right hand of the homepage. Sign into your account using your email and password information. Once you have logged into the area click onto the Order History link on the left hand side of the page. This will provide you with information on your previous orders and up to date tracking information.

How do I sign in to My account – You can enter the ‘My account’ section on the website by clicking on the ‘My  account’ is on the top right hand of the homepage. Sign into your account using your email and password information.

How do I log out of My account – Go to the  My account’ section on the website by clicking on the ‘My  account’ is on the top right hand of the homepage. If you are signed into your account the Log out link is on the left hand side of the page. Click this and it will log you out.

How do I navigate the website – You can find the products that we stock by using the main menu at the top of the page.
Simply roll your mouse over a category (gro, sleeping, feeding, etc) and click on an item from the menu that appears. The navigation for each department is split into two sections:
Shop by category: Here you will find all the sub categories for each department so you can save time and find exactly what you are looking for.
Popular products: The most viewed products from the category are revealed here.

Placing my order – To place your order go to the product page of the item you require. Select the required options from the drop down menu. E.g. No. of items, colour. Click on the add to basket icon. A box on the top right hand corner of the website will confirm that your product has been added to the basket. When you have finished browsing please proceed to the checkout to place your order. If you have a promotion code to use with your order please enter it at the basket checkout page.

Payments – You are able to pay for your order via the major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
